The bed was comfortable and warm, good TV reception, quiet area, excellent food in the dining room, complimentary wine.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Continental breakfast was good, staff was pleasant! Room was great value for money. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Don't forget to visit nearby southern roasting co, they have best coffee ever.

The hotel is centrally located, right opposite the shops and close to cafes, making it convenient for exploring the Southern Forest areas of WA. The staff provides excellent service and takes care of small details, like raising the blinds and including home made pastries with the breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect for families with children.

Our recent city break was fantastic! The hotel was just what we needed with its cozy twin room, fluffy pillows, and comfy beds. The free continental breakfast was simple but satisfying with croissants, fresh juices, cereal, and fruit. The location was also convenient and key attractions were easily accessible.
